  The only place in town to eat a proper food and dishes. They use good ingredients not the cheapest ones, they have real cooks that cook the food. They have proper waiters that know how to service. And the price are very acceptable, especially if you go for launch they have the special launch menu where in my opinion the price is cheap for the quality and service they offer. You can get full for 10 lv or less. Try the deserts, my favorite is the Banana bread.

  IN JAMES BOUCHER A GOOD HOTEL,WITH A GOOD RESTAURANT ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BUILDING. NORMAL PRICES,GOOD SERVICES,GOOD FOOD.SUITABLE FOR COUPLES,LOCATED CLOSE TO THE CENTER,NOT IN A NOISY PLACE.

  This is our go to show hotel the rooms are cheap and you can bring animals. Yeah it's not the biggest hotel but you can still find free rooms. The restaurant downstairs is the restaurant I've grown in. Our family has been going there since we moved in our apartment. The food is excellent the waiters are friendly what more could you ask for

  A simple, comfortable hotel in Blagoevgrad. Location is excellent--particularly if you are going to the new campus of the American University, which is less than 100 meters away. The center of the city is less than a ten minute walk. The Cardinal also houses one of the best traditional Bulgarian restaurants in Blagoevgrad, with a particularly nice garden setting. The rooms are small, there is no elevator, and there is only street parking, but the beds care comfortable and if your needs are basic you'll enjoy Cardinal.
