  The hotel is advertised as 4 stars but actually is more like 2.5 stars. The rooms look pale and empty, kinda like a hospital. The TVs in the rooms are big and bulky (in our room it didn't even work), but the thing that frustrated me the most was the Damage Price List, which says that damaging the TV will cost you 600 BGN (€300). I mean a brand new plasma TV will be cheaper The shower gel and shampoo come from dispensers. On the shower curtain there is mould.

  ski depot unconveniently located, suggest you leaving ski equipment with your bellboy who should store it in the depo. Very slippery floor in the spa.
