Great name for a hotel. The beds are comfortable, the view from our room was great, the breakfast was tasty and full of options. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because the Spa had two facilities out of order at the time of our visit and when we alerted the lady at the desk she seemed to find this to be normal.

First the positives: the location of the hotel is good. Morning food is nearly excellent and evening food ia fairly decent. Thats it pretty much from the positives.

I would recommend you NOT to spend your holiday there. Staff team is extremely rude and unproffesional. The spa centre almost does not exist as most of the facilities are not functioning at all. Too bad "spa centre" is within the description.
The worst part of our stay - after complaining about the wrong temperature in one of the pools( being 22-25° instead of 36-37°) the lifeguard sweared badly at my mom as we walked off. Too bad the lifeguard did not realise my brother was behind and he heard him.

I will never come back and I will NEVER recommend to anyone on this world to spend his priceless holiday there! :)

The rooms are acceptable. My room had a strong smell of cigarettes. The food is also satisfactory; most of it is quite cold and there isn't a wide variety of food to choose from. The atmosphere and service of this hotel are bad. Staff are rude, dismissive and abrupt; it's dark in the restaurant and feels unwelcoming

Would not stay here again. Cigarette smoke filled hotel (stale and fresh), communist style rooms, and bad service. Spa was passable but basic amenities (towels, for example) not available for spa use. Or water. Should be a 1 or 2 star hotel at most.
