Perfect hotel, room, food, staff, Simply the best!

Wonderful hotel, far exceeded our hopes. We very much liked the big room, the friendly staff, the tasty food, the location - central but also close to Nessebar, and as close as it can be to the beach.

The hotel is at 4 Bulgarian stars level with nice swimming pools and internal garden. The food is decent and so are the rooms, the wine (both red and white) is poor quality though. The beer and the other drinks are local but decent.
Important aspects:
1. The parking place is extremely small. We have 2 cars and we refrain to use them to visit the surroundings because we will not have place to park them on our way back.
By the way the parking place is a general problem in Sunny Beach. If you want to come by car do not come here! Go someplace else! Is crowdy, the police is aggressive and they tow the cars parked anywhere. I do not have to mention the high cost you have to pay to take it back. Shame on Sunny Beach Municipality! You do not attract tourists this way!
2. The internet is free only next to the reception and is very slow. We are in 2017 and the internet should be free everywhere considering the current low costs.
3. The hotel does not have an agreed beach. You have to walk at least 300 m and pay extra 10 leva per umbrella per day. A sunbed ins 10 leva as well.
4. Every single day the animation team makes high level noise from 15:30 until 23:00 so if you want to have a nice afternoon nap or you have small kids who have to sleep early is simply impossible.
5. Last but not least I forgot to mention the high level noise coming form a beach club every night until 05:00 AM!response / report this review -

Hotel děs a hrůza, všechno se rozpadá, je to staré a opotrebene.Jídlo děsné; žádné maso nebo pangas, ovoce snad jen jablka, které se u nás dávají zvířatům. Všude nepořádek.Nikdy bych sem už nejela.!!!!!!!

Un hotel care ne-a dezamăgit asteptările. Avantaje- e aproape de plaja, are camere foarte spatioase si programul de seara pentru copii foarte reusit.
Dezavantaje - servicii care lasă mult de dorit. Mâncare putina si slaba calitativ.response / report this review -

The hotel deserve 3 stars. It give the impression that it's not finished.There are still many things to be improved. Big rooms with old and used furniture. Bathrooms are big but without shelves and hangers. Good view to the dunes.Nice animations team. It worth to stay in the begining of the summer when it's not crowded. So far behind Astera and Azalia hotels from A HOTELS

As a summary, the hotel is worth it if you are looking for the lowest cost option, but otherwise I suggest you spend more and choose a different option.
*The good*: it's not a bad place, but it is heavily mediocre. Beer is good, and the rooms have bathtubs and air conditioning. The staff is nice and the meals have plenty of vegetables. The swimming pools are nice.
*The bad*: hotel pretends to be 4 stars but is 2 stars as experience. Many things are just for show, and hide serious neglect and cost cutting. Hotel was fraudulently marked elsewhere on Google Maps. Food is mostly dreadful and made with cost cutting in mind. Many things break down and are not fixed. Queues form for meals and real food like grilled meat. They make you wear a stupid plastic bracelet even though no one would pay to eat there and they ask for your room number when you want to access the all inclusive features. Balconies lack privacy and there is very poor noise isolation for the rooms.response / report this review -
