Good room nice, swimming pool, good indoor and outdoor restaurant, have a supermarket inside the hotel. But the Internet are not good here and they seems to not care. Pay per. Device not per room.

Staff can be quite miserable and inhospitable. Food could do with a lot of improvement and restrictions of 3 drinks per person and no hot drinks machines on, on a nighttime can be very frustrating when caring for children who can't get hot chocolate. If we can't get hot drinks we should be provided with the tools to heat and make our own which we are not. The hotel itself is lovely with good water play for kids, the rooms are nice. I feel that the majority of staff being unfriendly has been the biggest let down. Cleaners mopping over my feet as I walked on a mopped floor and swearing at me in the native tongue along side an ill mannered receptionist who refused to put a drink machine on for us after returning from an evening event and generally being made to feel like an inconvience to most staff has left a sour taste on our holiday. I would not return.

Service is really bad. Room might not be cleaned for several days. Also they sell WiFi internet in the apartments, but even if you buy it, there is no any guaranty that you will have internet connection, and the staff on reception will just try to rid you off!!
