  The room standard was over our expectation. But the service that should been provided was unsatisfying/lacking. We had to make our own beds and aquire new sheets, towels, toilet paper. Our room was "cleaned" once, which stretched to vacuum clean the mat. The garbage was not removed from room even though we used plastic bags for trash, clearly understandable.
  
  The staff in whole was lacking basic english skills, therefor communication was hard, some late night/night staff didnt even know where to get fresh towels( which i had to find myself) . No greetings hello/bye from staff, we had to engage all conversations.
  
  Therefor only two stars for this hotel.

  The receptionist were really nice and helpful, spoke English with my (not Bulgarian ) friend, and dive us everything what we asked, even that was not obliged 😍
