This is a beautiful place to stay but not after the 31St August as Thomas Cook failed to tell us that the hotels shut everything down for the winter. The weather has been awful which we were told by the staff this is normal for September. If you are looking at staying here I would definitely recommend it but only in the summer season as there really isn't anything to do but play cards.

An excellent hotel set in a huge resort complex. You can use all the 5 hotels on the site. The water park and private beach etc mean it's great for families with kids.
I've knocked a star off because the food could be more varied and available for longer (the sandwich stations don't do it for me!). The reception staff could do with some training on being nice and helpful.response / report this review -

Absolutely beautiful, breath taking place. Food is fantastic. Most of the staff are very very nice. The bar staff in the lobby bar where the best staff. Can get taxi to local towns. The taxis are priced at reception so no hidden charges.

Big, but safe feeling place, a great place that's not sunny beach! Sozopol down the road is really cool too, great rock bar there!

Genuinely one of the most amazing hotels I have ever been to. The staff are delightful the rooms were fantastic and were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. The entertainment is phenomenal and the facilities are incredible. I would recommend this to anyone at all, the only thing that could put anyone off is that a large proportion of people are not English which to me was no problem (many of them speak English anyway). Absolutely fantastic place and will happily keep going!

Nice resort to go with kids. The only problem is that you have to walk a lot from one place to the other.
Also they offer only 2 a la carte restaurants that most of the time are booked and the booking it's very complicated: call between 5 and 7pm to reserve for the same day.
Other then this it's very nice and includes: water park, swimming pool big, nice sea front with nice water.
