  Eating on place is good, however ordering delivery can some time be bad experience especially during rush hour with your pizza arriving late and cold on top of the unfriendly delivery guy who once charged me extra without any explanation.
  
  Good PR though, called after late delivery and gave giveaways for next order.

  I used to only order from Dominos since they arrived in BG three years ago. They are probably the best pizza but recent customer service is aweful.
  
  When they get bad weather they just turn the app and website off for ordering. When you call them and place an order they tell you to wait an hour and forty minutes (I can live with that) but no discount as you would get on the internet.
  
  As a loyal customer I find this terrible. As a brand, your arrogance just says you don't care about your customers and I always thought your customer service was amongst the best in a bad CS environment. But you are no different from other local businesses Probably worse.
  
  So that's my last order with Dominos in BG and back to old faithful Toronto Pizza!
  
  At least they want my business!!!!
