Nice stay at the hotel. Very convenient position in the Rhodopes Mountains.

Centrally located basic hotel in Devin. Reception staff were functional in transaction and one spoke English also which was very useful.
Twin room was of average to small size. There were cracks in the bathroom floor and the shower area leaked however all worked fine.
The main issue was the rudeness of restaurant staff. We were supposed to have half board (dinner included) and the receptionist gave us a voucher to show to the restuarant. We walked in and were ignored. We finally gave the voucher to a woman who disappeared into the kitchen with it. It was seen no more. They ushered us away when we tried to query this.
After 15 minutes of failing to attract any attention we headed back to reception. The woman gave us another voucher and told the staff to serve us.
We sat on a table and all 3 courses were slammed down in front of us with no drinks offered.
I finally hunted down a server willing to get us a drink by walking to the kitchen.
This too was slammed down. Upon paying for the drink they did not give us our change.
Not once did any server smile. Very unwelcoming- would avoid at all costs.response / report this review -

Very nice hotel close to restaurants and natural trials. We saw chamois at the waterfall and went at night to their hide only 20 min up the hill and saw a brown bear, lots of wild boar and roe deer. This hotel is the best place for nature lovers to plan a spa day followed by a bear safari. The number of bears around Devin is awsome!

Добър хотел.Басеина с топла вода,макар и доста малък.Малки забележки към персонала,но нищо фрапиращо.Добър ресторант на приемливи цени.

Водата е студена. В басейна и в банята. Фитнесът бил в ремонт и не работел. Предлагат и тенис на маса, но не можело да играем, защото нямало къде да я разпънат. Хубаво , че поне храната беше вкусна.
