We booked a stay 2 months ago and received an email on the 20th of November confirming everything and that they were "waiting us". When I went to the reception yesterday they told us that we cant stay as the booking was rejected and that they could not do anything. No correspondence from them stated this before we actually went to the god damn place. The top of the icing on the cake was the email we received by the clueless and careless girl at the reception AFTER WE LEFT the reception, telling us that the visit was canceled.
10/10 would book again

Incredibly incompetent staff. They canceled our booking (made 15 days ago) in the day of our stay without even contacting us. They tried to offer us apartments outside the hotel as compensation - not a very good offer since you go there for the SPA and you have to cross the street at 5°C.

Great SPA and outdoor pool with tents to reat in, rooms are also excellent quality. Service was very good, but one morning we got waken up by a hoover next room. The breakfasts were better during the weekend but overall quite abundant. I do not recommend the traditional restorant in the hotel, both the service and the food weren't the best.

Great hotel close to the living center of town. Staff is very friendly and efficient (we had a small bathroom leak, they came and fixed it in 10 minutes)

Spa is very clean and has everything including a tanning booth. Both the pools are fantastic and many beds surrounds them.

Rooms are very cosy, silent and with always a good view.

This is a review for the restaurant only, but I guess this reflects to all services provided in the hotel. The food is so so, the mushroom soup was nice but too salty so I couldn't eat it all. I would skip going here for lunch or dinner next time. The cappuccino was nice though.
