Too many people working too little job. The manager keeping 5-6 people 'busy', the hosts keeping an arrogant attitude and its obvious bottleneck on the cashier. An smile would go long way, but no one is smiling here. Shame for the nice place.

Very attentive staff although mixing up some bills at the end. The ice cream is very tasty and nicely arranged, overall nice atmosphere. Toilets were clean too.

Best gelato in Sofia.

Great desserts but their pizza and other meals are not to be ignored either. A lot of folks think they sell only gelato and never go inside.

If youre looking for a mediocre dining experience, this place is for you.

Spinach soup tasted like watery spinach, and that's it.

Caprese salad was fine except there was awful pesto on top, definitely not homemade.

Bruschetta looked fine, except tasted like it was made 3 days ago. Sour and slightly fermented.

Carrot cake was acceptable at best, which is the only nice thing I can say about this restaurant, aside from our waiter being very good.

Tacky clientele, but for that reason, great for people watching.

The best gelateria in Sofia, varieties of tastes (there is even a gelato for diabetics) My favorite is the cookies, a lot of other desserts and good lemonades. They have an open garden which is usually overcrowded but you can make a reservation. Staff can be improved.

Lovely place, enjoyably noisy, the waiters are friendly. Definitely a place that I'd come every week. (And it has this caramel and sea salt ice cream, tastes like heaven. You should try it if you want to experience something a bit different.).

Never again. The service is terrible. Actually their is no service. I had to wait 15 min for the waitress to ask me if I had order. Sorry. Never again.

Doubtlessly here you can eat one of the best cakes in Sofia. Be it Garash, Meringue or Fresh Whites, all their cakes are delicious. They have good wines too and freshly squeezed lemonades. There are not so good though with the savory menu. Nor the service.

This place has not so friendly staff and a menu that is quite impressive if you're not vegan. I heard the food is really great from friends but not the service. There is a lot of great ice cream here so I would reccomend for anyone who eats dairy and meat. Not my type of place though.

I love the garden of this restaurant also I'd say the food there is not that bad. They make their own ice-cream and they are very famous for that but they also just re-sell their other desserts and don't actually produce them which doesn't give them bonus points. Because of the size of the place the staff are very confused sometimes and they used to make a lot of mistakes regarding the orders.
