Good location and the villas are nice. The spa need to be reserved and closes a bit early, plus have to be paid in addition to the rooms.

Nice place in the heart of Rodopa mountain. Beautifully natural all araund the complex including forest and lake friendly staff serving delicious food. Best place for people who like fishing.

Just disgusting service when it comes to a reservation. Two weeks earlier I started struggling to reserve an apartment there. I tried through their online form (which later I noticed didn't work as stated on another page). Then called them around 10 times. Once it was free and nobody bothered calling me back. I tried emailing them but after 3 hours with no response, I started calling again. Around 6 more attempts were needed before someone answered the phone. I managed to make a reservation but they told me I have to verify the reservation on the day before our arrival. Today I'm writing this as for the last 5 hours I try to reach them again.

The view to the dam is gorgeous! There is nice restaurant and decent food but the fee for the SPA per person is a bit expensive (7.5 EUR per person per hour).

The place has everything you need for a nice quiet (or not so quiet) vacation. You can enjoy various activities during daytime like fishing, table tennis, bicycling, or just lie by the pool.
