oh my god, where do i start? I'll do a list below of the things wrong and the things right with the hotel. PLEASE PLEASE LISTEN TO ME. Me and my girlfriend ignored the reviews and thought it can't be that bad, we should just go and find out for ourselves. But trust me it is that bad.
1) The air con (or lack of air con) is about as powerful as a strong fart
2) The pool is freezing, and believe me when i say it's freezing, it is literally unbearable
3) The shower was boiling hot or freezing cold, no in between, you had to choose between getting 3rd degree burns or frozen into an ice block
4) The shower flooded the whole bathroom if you had it on for longer than 2 minutes, so i had to keep turning it off and on just so it didn't go into the hall, however on a few occasions it went under the door and drenched the carpet (which probably leaked through to underneath)
5) The food, do not get me started on the food, we were all inclusive and ate tea in the hotel on the first night, wet, cold, soggy pizza and hard cold chips. No variety and the food wasn't cooked. We might as well of gone self catering because we ate 3 meals out every day for a week.
6) We asked for a fan after the first night because we couldn't sleep in the 25 degree heat on the small double with a bad mattress, she wrote our room number down and said yeah she will bring one up in an hour. 5 hours went by no fan. Went down to ask about it again and they said they don't have fans and there's a long waiting list for the very few you have to pay a huge deposit for.
7) the men staff are nonces, rude and not helpful. Women staff are equally as unhelpful as nobody speaks English.
8) The wifi doesn't work, believe me it doesn't work
I'm sure I've missed more off the list, but believe me the hotel is bad. The only good thing about it is the location, right by the beach and strip and there's plenty to do in sunny beach.
IF YOU ARE GONNA IGNORE THIS REVIEW AND GO ANYWAY, PLEASE GO SELF CATERING AS THERE IS NICE FOOD PLACES NEARBY AND IT'S ALL DIRT CHEAP. IF I COULD GIVE MINUS 5 STARS I WOULD.response / report this review -

Loved it. One star for the beautiful hotel, another one for the food💛, one for the great service, one for the swimming pools(swimming at midnight feels great) and last but not least, one star for the great location just next to the sea and the city center with all the clubs and good stuff out there. Great place.

Terrible, I had food poising, rooms are not nice, wifi didn't work at all, drunk Russian's screaming all night. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

4 stars my ass. The air conditioning never worked so we literally slept in a pool of sweat and what's worse is the fact that we never got new sheets, or towels. They did however change our showerhead wich baffled me, why would they change that but not our bedsheets and towels or at least give us new shampoo bottles? Staffers are not helpful in the lobby. Our bathroom ceiling rained like the amazon forest every time someone above us took a shower. The wet was horrible enough and the fungus on the bathroom door, oh god. Do yourself a favor and don't come to this hotel. The wifi doesn't even work.

Chains used to be a really nice family based hotel now it see.s more young people based not a bad thing but it has driven out the more mature sensible client

Worst Hotel ever!!!
Cold food, green water in the pool. Dangerous situations, like holes around the pool. The people are very rude. With dinner, lunch and Breakfast you have to fight for plates, forks, knives and spoons.. If you want to get sick you should go here!

I don't know what people a complaining about.
ROOM:
the room was clean and spotless.
The atmosphere and decor very good.
a/c working just perfect.
FOOD.
Huge variety I mean huge variety of different kinds of foods breakfast Lunch dinner name it they got it.
SERVICE/STAFF
very welcoming. helpful. and smiling (the most important).
if there is a problem they always found a solution.
keep up the good work and continue doing whatever you have ALREADY been doing!!!
