AirSense 10 Autoset Auto CPAP with HumidAir, ResMed. Excellent product. Beset in class. I had sleep clinic and did tones of research for the best value of money to order a new CPAP device as it is for long term usage. I am using it since May 2017 and loving it. The therapy gave me my life back to normal. Very simple to use. Zero maintenance. I just clean the mask and humidifier chamber regularly. I chose to add ClimateLineAir Heated Tube and it improved the experience. Highly recommended this device and tube. Save your time and money for an international branded CPAP device. Today I just ordered the same device for my mom :)

Ordered the air fit pillow mask from CPAP, its great. I've had pillow masks before but they have all been to noisy, a great buy!
