Breakfast was really delicious and lavish. The outdoor pool is very nice but the children's one is too hot.
No all of the spa facilities are included in the price.
The lady at the child care center was charming and my daughter loved it.response / report this review -

No good internet, very poor coverage, the rest it's fine , restaurant waiters are not properly trained.

I was visiting for 3 days, and had to work one hour a day, so I could not, no internet coverage to many rooms and apartment, I moved from one apartment to another just to have WiFi, well not really helpful, you'll be lucky if you get one bar! No internet at the restaurant, only at the lobby, so if you have to work you have to listen to everyone there, and this is a 5 star hotel with no internet in 2016! So if you have to work while on vacation this is not for you, even at the lobby the speed is critical. Hard to open even facebook.
The owners truly have no idea how important is to run business and respond to work emails . so if internet is important to you This place is not for you, I now have to catch up on work at another place. I asked them why the internet is so bad, the answer was just as poor, because it is free. Customer service huh? 300 leva a night and bad internet because it's freeresponse / report this review -
