I see they are monitoring from the Ayurvedic center but it is their right if they want to react.
I'm not satisfied, apparently money is their main goal. I didn't visit them in person, but via email, but I don't think anything would have happened differently if I had.
I was interested in something that Indian medicine is famous for.
I was wondering if there is a product for external cosmetic use and if they offer one. Even if I had the intention of a personal visit, I would still ask them remotely first, if they don't have such a product, why bother to Sofia.
Their first response was to go and visit them in person.
When they found out that I was 500-600 kilometers away from them, their second answer was that my treatment would last six months at one leva per month if I wanted them to send me the products.
How will I order products that I know nothing about, if not the name, at least what they are and what is expected, even if they are for external use, as my question was, it is not clear.
I understand their concern that if they say the names of the products I can buy them elsewhere and they charge nothing, but at least something for the product itself.
They either have one or they don't!
If they have, time and method of application, expectations of effectiveness.
And the word "treatment" that they used makes me think that they did not understand the problem at all, and that they intended to send me products for internal use that I am not interested in.
When a person goes to the bakery they can choose white/whole wheat, with spelled/without spelled, with kvass/without kvass, with seeds or without bread. And for medicine from the pharmacy, if you want, you can read something in advance. BUT YOU MUST ABSOLUTELY BLIND ORDER HERE!
Poor organization, and this could easily be improved. I received a text message reminding me of the upcoming appointment at the appointed time, but upon visiting I was greeted with the news of a delay of at least half an hour. I wasted my time because I depended on punctuality and had a strict schedule. In front of me, the receptionist gave an appointment for about 20 minutes, provided that there was already a delay of at least an hour. I'm disappointed, probably the therapists are outstanding, but due to the poor organization I never got to them. My recommendations are:
to call for a delay warning
saving people's time because you don't know their situation and what they have done to be on time
don't rush to offer a date, as this is neither professional nor respectful
although I understand the nature of your work and the reasons for the delay, this does not change the flight schedule at the airport, which many comply with during a short stay in Bulgaria
