Service is pretty good but feedback is really terrible. They sent my shipment to Kazakhstan via DHL and it were stuck at customs for more than a month. When I asked to clarify what was wrong with my docs, they first told me to ask DHL by myself, after that promised to figure out and disappeared. By this moment the problem is not solved.

We are using A1 for several months already. The prices for small items up to 2kg all over the world are excellent! What I like the most is that they have a chat support and you can always search for help! Most of the time they answer immediately, but in case there is a delay you will always get a reply from them! The system is smart, easy to use without any bugs! What can we say - save your money, save your time and let A1 handle your orders! Thank you!
