Hyggelig sted med fine basseng og greie priser. Dessverre er bowling/biljard og en av restaurantene stengt. Hadde gitt bedre karakter om det var åpent.

Our meals came out separately 15 minutes apart I had finished eating when my husband got his meal . Chef needs to get orders out together and hot.

Swimming pool, restaurant, beach, gym SPA ,bowling Reception Staff is getting worse every year, don't let them spoil your holidays. I recommend gym SPA completely new and with trainers who help you and give advise. "Marian" speaks English and Russian and makes you get fit in 15 days. Do you accept the challenge?. Great guy and professional. Enjoy!!

Only fitness center in Sarafovo, though had okay prices and machines. you have everything you need. but you have to pay extra for steam room, sauna and the pool. No idea about the hotel itself.

Really cheap hotel.
We had a room with one bed and another one with a sofa
In the room with the bed the air conditioning did not work,
Worst ever in the morning there was no hot water because they did not turn the heater on.
When you go to the reception to check out and complain , and ask to talk to the manager , the rececptionist says there is no discount and he will not call anyone.
I am a crew member, I travel very often, I never give any opinion on hotels ! But on this one I had to warn you !
