The maids were great always cleaned the rooms and one day when I was to Hungover I put the do not disturb sign on and unlike other places where they knock there was nothing for me. Food was your typical all inclusive buffet style but some of the waiters and some of the kitchen staff including the ice cream man were very friendly. Others were really miserable. The man on reception was not friendly but the ladies were really good and constantly helpful. The bar: the lobby bar the man was ok sometimes I suppose depending on his mood. The young lady with the short hair and slim build was really friendly and she was great. The lady wearing a suit jacket (I think she was the supervisor) was very rude. When there was a queue she was intrested in talking about her social life than serving customers and when she eventually asked what you wanted it was like you had disturbed her from something really important I really was not impressed with her service and attitude. Entertainment all 5 members of the team were Fantastic they were always chatting to people working the hotel with the guests just an A Star team. Kids club reps my neice and nephew loved kids club and they don't normally leave my sister. I loved how the first choice kids reps put on a kids disco at the time when it was heavy rain and winds a Big Credit goes to them. The Spa: I had a full works treatment and it was great. The steam room smelt like sweaty socks but apart from that I enjoyed it. The Waterpark: that's just amazing the life guards and the staff really did a great job they were on the ball with everything. There was a variety of slides which were enjoyable. Would I come back again: No Not in a bad way against the hotel but this hotel is all for kids and as a single guy who was going on holiday with the whole family it's a little but to much for me with kids everywhere and being honest the resort of Bulgaria sunny Beach is dangerous. The risk of being pick pocketed is high and it's not comfortable walking around and that's coming from a 6ft1 rugby player lol. But the hotel I cannot really fault it.

Great place for families food good and the water park is amazing. Something to do all day. We have a 6 year old and our lad has severe learning difficulties; all the staff very friendly and helpful.

Location is okay, has a water park beside us which is quite good. The rooms are nice and clean and the food is good

Currently here. Staff are lovely. Staying in an apartment plenty of space. Chamber maid is fantastic. Cocktails cause temporary memory loss lol. Food is okay. Not a massive choice but found something

Well what can I say except WOW. What a fantastic holiday it is so far. We still have another week left in this amazing hotel. The food and drink is excellent and the staff are more than happy to help you out. I asked for 2 extra chairs for my balcony when I got back to my room they were there before me. The waterpark is amazing so much to do in there you don't know what to do first as there are over 30 slides a wave pool a lazy river. Plus plenty of swimming pools. If you come here you will not be disappointed. I know I will definitely be returning here again. Ignore all the negative posts they are just nit picking. It is fab for adults and children of all ages.

It's amazing if you get involved with all the activities. The Entertainers are fantastic. The ice cream man is a legend the bar staff are great. The staff really make the place what it is. Food isn't the best avoid the chicken as a lot of stuff can be undercooked.
