Very friendly staff. Everything in hotel is clean. Very good SPA center in the back with big swimming pool. Convenient underground parking.

I liked the size and cleanliness of the suite and the comfort of the bed. I also liked the mag mirror in the bathroom.

We only stayed here one night but will defiantly use this hotel again on our next visit to Sofia, the staff really go out of their way to help with any requests, the rooms are spacious and well furnished. It was well positioned for our needs. The restaurant has a limited menu, but if you don't feel like wandering out for food, it is more than adequate.
