  Good spa facilities, but bad, incorrect manager.
  I'm really disappointed by the management attitude.
  Overpriced hotel with old furniture and not well maintained rooms.

  The hotel and SPA are both very well kept. Beds are super comfortable - soft but not too soft. The shower curtains in the bathrooms are a bit short, but other than that there is absolutely nothing else to comnent on. I love this place and will visit again for sure!

  A good place with an even better location. Nice SPA options in the hotel and it has an underground parking too. Room service is not available and the rooms could have been better maintained.

  Excellent pools (one swimming, one for leisure), jacuzzi, tennis courts. Appartements are decent, no kitchen s though. Decently quiet. Breakfast is good.

  Хотела е 4 звезди но аз не бих му дала 1 звезда . Персонала е нелюбезен . Храната е под всякаква критика . Ние получихме хранително отравяне и дори когато казах на персонала никой не ни помогна или донесе нещо . За 6 дни никой не прахосмука в апартамента,трябваше да поискам да ни сменят чаршафите, аз трябваше да купя дезинфекционни препарати да почистя баните след хранителното отравяне . Басейна е студен , кафето до басейна не работи , джакузито не работеше , закуската е под всякаква критика. Персонала на регистрацията не ни обясни как да излезем от паркинга , така че трябваше да се връщам за предадените карти отново. Оставиха ни без осветление в сауната без да ни предупредят че ще има профилактична проверка . Това бяха само основните забележки

  Очакванията ми от хотела бяха по - големи. Стаите са малки и неуютни, въпреки че са реновирани. СПА зоната е добра.

  Реновиран соц-хотел, който е бил луксозен по соц-а, а сега просто реновиран хотел силно лъхащ на соц. Доста надценен хотел според мен. Външният басейн е доста малък. Вътрешният е като малък 25 метров олимпийски басейн и е с опънати коридори, водата и в двата е студена. Закуската е закуска компле, но на блок-маса.
