Excellent place for excellent price. Reception staff very helpful, rooms nice and tidy, very good size, decent spa centre, overall very pleasant experience I would certainly recommend this place in Bansko.

Nice rooms and ski rental at the hotel is reasonable. Dinner quality is only ok, tastes homemade, but not restaurant quality.

Crap, they claim they have a SPA, but they do NOT have a SPA. There was only a inside pool that was ice cold. I cannot recommend these scammers!

Sweet little place. Slighty oddly styled, but it tries to live up to it's name. It has great food and room servise, staff is kind and helpfull tho not everyone understands english well. It has a lovely view, nice spa and it's quiet and calm.
