  Тихо място, любезен персонал, в центъра на града. Чисто, безжичния интернет е стабилен. Закуската е на блок маса с огромно разнообразие. Бих отседнал пак.

  A magnificent experience at affordable price. I spend a whole week in the hotel and must say that the customer care is at top level. Saying the truth, I had never expected that kind of services and luxury in Bulgaria, let alone Rousse.
  I can recommend the City Art Hotel Ruse for being luxurious and with great staff.
