Friendly staff, good atmosphere, nice singer, bad kitchen

We wait one hour for our dishes
Schaschlik was not well done, spare rips was burned.
The live music was extremely loud and our reclamation had no effect.
In the restaurant smoking is stil allowed..? The boss was to proud to come to us. Sorry thats a no goresponse / report this review -

Really nice cuisine and authentic Bulgarian atmosphere. The service is a bit slow but the food is worth the waiting.
