Awesome all the way. Nice personnel, good service, delicious food. Good kids program during the weekend. Pools are clean and nice.

Very nice place, well situated amidst nature, nice views from all sides of the hotel, big indoor pool for swimming. Big rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money. Many children. Not easy access for strollers. Hygienic problems in the spa area. Food is kind of cheap for a five star hotel and always the same.

This hotel is not worth the stars. Overall, there is no support. The pools are dirty. The attitude towards the guests is disrespectful. Food is cheap and of low quality. I would not go back to this complex again.

My sister's wedding was there last night and we had a great time. Very nice restaurant, kind staff and the rooms were also great. Didn't have much time to visit the spa but I guess it should be amazing.
