  wonderful garden, big green space with remote and somewhat isolated tables.
  staff understands english - food wait time is quick - could have a more diverse menu w/ more traditional dishes.

  Excellent location, very civilized, clean and comfortable, just a few kilometers from Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria. Breakfast could be better.

  Outstanding hotel with high room standards, enchanting, large garden that foundations as a restaurant with small wooden playground, clay oven, grill and roofed seating area. Good kitchen, especially the lamb is recommendable.

  Nice yard, very green. Rooms are spacious and friendly, clean. Staff is friendly. We would like it to have more options for breakfast. The coffee is just right in the swing during morning time.

  Excellent place to stay in Arbanasi. Well executed concept of modern construction in "traditional old Bulgarian style" around a genuine old villa dating back to the 16th century. The place is well enclosed from the outside world in the old-fashioned way offering privacy and tranquility in an otherwise bustling touristy location. The well kept spacious garden offers an opportunity to relax. The tavern ("mehana") in the old villa is a genuine experience in traditional cuisine. Recommended.

  Stayed here for a night and the service and food was excellent. The place is comfortable and we had a really good time. There seemed to be one principle person called Martin (marr-teen) who was very helpful.
  Positives: great food, good rooms, very cordial staff.
  Negatives: we ran out of hot water in the morning.
