  We stayed three nights during the week to enjoy the mountain air.
  
  Firstly the room, we booked a premium room as it had a balcony. The room was very well equipped with good quality furniture, the bathroom would not be out of place in a 5 star hotel.
  
  The hotel is located just out of the village, with lovely views. The swimming pools were very clean and the water was the perfect temperature for us. One very good point is that there are some loungers/umbrellas reserved for hotel guests because the pools are open to anybody at a very good price, so it could get a bit crowded. But whilst we were there, there was plenty of space.
  
  We ate in the restaurant each evening and found the food very good, well presented and value for money, dining on the terrace was a very pleasant experience. The service could be improved a little.
  
  The only disappointment was breakfast. The buffet food was good, but not replenished as often as it could have been. Also, the were warm food containers, but the heating for these were not used, so the warm food did not stay warm very long.

  Много прятен и добре поддържан басейн. Не беше прекалено пълно и изкараването ни беше доста хубаво. Обслужването в ресторанта не е на осо ено високо ниво. Не съм ползвал хотелската част и не мога да изкажа мнение.

  Ненормален хотел,бях в стая делукс 40 инчов тв,супер удобна спалня,банята уникална душ от тавана,стята огромна.само ресторанта е малко странен но има и пици за моя радост

  Като всяко място си има и плюсове и минуси. Тук от тази година 2017г. минусите са в повече. Персонала трудно те разбира, цари объркване. Стаите не се почистват редовно. Басейна и осветеното игрище са плюсовете.

  Добро отношение на спасителите, сервитьорките ми направиха лошо впечатление като отношение към нови клиент и лошо обслужванеиначе хубава база, липсват единствено душове отвън преди да се влиза в басейна и вани с вода пред стълбите на басейна.
