  If I could, I would leave a negative assessment. Extremely arrogant attitude towards the client, which I had not met for years, without being provoked in any way.

  I was extremely pleasantly surprised !!!!
  My son (11 years old) ordered headphones. We received others and returned them. I decided that they were another disloyal traders and wrote a negative review. A few hours later, there was a response from the manager who asked me in an email to describe my dissatisfaction.
  In the meantime, we understood where the confusion came from. The photo was of the headphones we wanted, and the product code of the ones we received and returned. In the evening I described everything in an email, and in the morning the manager called me. They saw and corrected the mistake and offered to send the twice as expensive headphones at his expense. I couldn't believe it, I didn't believe it until today, when we received them.

  I have ordered online Anker Powerbank 20000mAh. And the price was 55lv while other stores have it for 85-90lv!!!!
  Good job on the pricing, ladies and gentlemen of OfisiteBG.
  
  Delivery came on second day and that was awsome since they give 2-4 days delivery.
  
  Nicely packed with the option to check the product before paying it.
  
  One huge THANK YOU! I will recommend this store to friends and family and will definitely continue shopping from here!
