Never shop at Sun-Bulgaria. Extremely incorrect trader. Goods are practically not guaranteed. One year after purchasing a Proxxon Angle Grinder, he gave a mechanical defect. The appliance has a 2-year warranty. I sent the device, at my expense, for warranty repair at their service center in Dimitrovgrad. Twenty days later, I talked to them on the phone, explaining to me that the appliance could not be repaired because the warranty was only for electrical parts. I had read my warranty carefully, and these explanations were mildly frivolous. After a conversation with the manager of the company, he assured me he would nevertheless do it. When I got it back, I found that the defect was not at all settled and the device was in the condition I sent it to. For information the angle grinder is Proxxon LHW 28547 - current price - 248,40 лв.

Dear Sirs. Thanks for the reply. I know very well what condition the angle grinder was before the "repair" and what to do next. I also want to assure you that replacing only one gear does not guarantee the normal operation of the appliance. This is still an angle grinder and we have an angular gear consisting of two gears. You may have changed one, but you could not change the other because you probably have no technical opportunity. Keep in mind that I have two such machines and I am very familiar with their peculiarities. I'm curious about what kind of technical inspection the appliance passed after the "repair". No showroom ,only online.Most of the things are not available and you have to wait extra time.Website is good but the stock not..Cheap Supplier for beginners.
