Loved the staff, love the city, love the country, love the people. My adventures in and around Ouaga, Bobo, Banfora and beyond are some of my life's most fortunate highlights. THE PEOPLE! THE PEOPLE! THE PEOPLE! My friends one and all. Forever in my mind, and eternally hopeful of a peaceful, fulfilling and enjoyable future much deserved by a commendably happy and stoically pragmatic nation.

This hotel is pathetic.
The staff has no training and the people working on the desk should not be allowed to address members of the public, yet alone work be customer facing.
These idiots didn't make a note that the bill that had been paid in advance and started telling my guests that they owed them money. I got an unsetting call at 0620 on a Sunday morning from a worried guest that there was a problem with the bill.
This is not a way to run a business. The person who took the payment but didn't note it should be fired for incompetence.
