The bed is very comfy, but the smell of the bathroom was hard to take. I have to close the doors and open the window for a half hour to let to stink go out. Later in the winter season this hack will not work. Staff is great.

Clean room but feel a little bit outdated. Reasonable priced €40 per night for double room

Reception all kinds of damages, floor coverings with stains, all kinds of damage on the walls in the room. In the bathroom, there was a snot on the wall, mold and dirty edges. If you slide your finger along the heater or TV gets a lot of dust. The rooms are not as big as the photos want. The owner has a lot of apologies and when you read the reviews he has been saying for 2 years that they are going to renovate. Too bad that the owner has no pride of his own product. Certainly not worth to stay I even take pictures to proof it.

This is a typical budget option. It could be so much more. The reviews here are generally fair. It's a little tired and dated feeling. I would not wish to run a black light over the rooms, but basic cleanliness is ok. With maintenance being the obvious bigger issue. I would consider other options before staying here again. Breakfast is ok, terrible coffee. And don't try the bacon/eggs they'll be cold!

Very pleasant staff, easy to find location, rooms cleanish and beds soft, free gym room on ground floor and coffee and tea making equipment on ground floor. Breakfast was fine, though there was no scrambled egg left and it wasn't refilled. Also it cost €13.50.

Pro: Very friendly staff and helpful. The room was clean and had everything you need. Same for the bathroom. It's located in a nice and quiet area

Con: The location is pretty far from the city center, but with a tram you can arrive in 15 minutes (it's a small town)

Unfortunately this has been a horrible and sick experience for me.

-1st night All pillows had Hair on them
-2nd night Room Cards didn't work, spent 30 mins at 1am getting we Cards
-3rd & last night there was no Towels in my room and no tissue!!! I was only handed SMALL Face Towels for shower
-Floor 3 (my floor) had a sick & nasty smell when you enter!!!

Didn't even have a simple kettle or tea bag. Really small rooms. The WORST experience ever !!!

I would highly recommend ibis BUDGET Antwerp! I promise a better experience from them which I had previously been to.

Friendly staff, but simple guest & room services were not achieved.

nice beds, very small room, lies virtually on a very busy highway, so no open windows.

So, being a three star I didn't expect much however one of the lights in our room was smashed, there were stains, the bed was so noisy and there were very little things that could have made the experience so much better. For example there were no bed side tables, only one plug socket the other side of the room, one of the walls had been painted badly and could have been touched up and our toilet roll hadn't been replaced, not leaving us much to work with. I'd avoid staying here if you had the choice!

Arrived at 1900hrs very tired and just wanting sleep, checked in and Dirk on the desk asked me how I would like to pay, and i replied cash because my company was paying and it was their euros i had in my wallet.
I gave Dirk a euro 100 note and he said they do not give change, I replied I would wait until morning for the change and he replied we will still not have change we don,t give it. after a few words between us he then said I have cancelled the booking please leave the hotel.
Dirk is the most RUDE person I have ever come across in all my years staying in hotels. DO NOT use this hotel if you only have cash and if DIRK is on the desk BEWARE!!!!!

Everything is fine. The service is very friendly. The room is clean although a bit small and simple. There is car parking, WIFI and breakfast are included. I must add that the breakfast is wonderful. I recommend it.
