One of the most beautiful and best Hotels I have ever been to! Tasteful, pleasant, quiet room (Nr. 2), big enough not only to sleep but also to just sit there and read or to chill after an exhausting city stroll, extremely friendly staff, very nice homemade breakfast. Anytime again!

Tesla Drivers: Destination Charger is available but if you drive anything bigger than a Model3 and you do not have Jedi like powers - look for another parking possibility (there are plenty of parkings in the area).

I love this hotel. The best hotel room I have seen in my life. Spacious, comfortable, stylish. Very friendly staff. A beautiful, old house and even electric car charging is available in their garage.

Zonder twijfel het mooiste hotel van Antwerpen. Een warme ontvangst, een prachtig pand en een uniek interieurontwerp waardoor je echt van je sokken geblazen wordt. Een oase van rust midden in het stadscentrum. Superlekker ontbijt met kwaliteitsproducten. Sorry, superlatieven schieten tekort. :-)

Prachtig hotel in het oude centrum van Antwerpen, heel rustig gelegen, alles op wandelafstand.
De kamers zijn prachtig Funky/Eclectisch/Chique ingericht.
Vergeet zeker niet de 'The Bronze Bar' te bezoeken.

We tried to cancel our reservation after the ISIS bombing attacks in Brussels, where we were supposed to begin our trip.

The hotel clerk told us that surely there wouldn't be a problem in 4 days and that there were police around the tourist places. I noted that the police and military had been there for months and the bombings just occurred where we were supposed to arrive.

Worst hotel ever – unbelievable.

Four couples checked in at the same time and that's when we discovered that this "boutique hotel" has one staff person who handles everything..and she is terrific. We all have luggage. In our case, two suitcases (one fairly heavy) and 2 "carry on bags". Our "Junior Suite" is, indeed, very junior..it's a long room and the "closet" is a hanging rack with no pants hangers.

Room #9 is in the back which makes it quiet. It also makes it necessary to walk the stairs as there is no elevator in this part of the hotel. As it's up on the 3rd floor, I had to carry all bags up three flights of stairs. Frankly, I never wanted to live in a townhouse (think brownstone) in the '60s when all of my friends wanted an apartment in New York with a brick wall..I really hate walking up the stairs and it's worse for Dale who has respiratory issues.

As to our king sized bed, there is a bottom sheet and 2 duvet covers.one for Dale, one for me. Obviously, the notion of triple sheeting hasn't found its way to boutique hotels and I found myself wrapping the bottom of the duvet over my feet so I felt like I was in a sleeping bag. Ugh.

I HATE CHARMING!!!
