Was planning to buy shoes for my son today. Turned out the shop had very limited stock. This was a disappointment already. In addition they told us we had to pay the full amount to make a 'reservation'. Another disappointment. And finally it turned out the manager did not speak or understand a single word Dutch. Sorry to say but this is ridiculous. I don't have a commercial function and do speak my 3 languages properly. I bet this shop will be closed by the end of 2018. Sorry for the employees.
