Taxi reserved and confirmation email received. They never showed up. On the phone they knew nothing and even recommended another taxi company O_o

Driver never showed up.. He said he would be within 15 minutes and 30 minutes later, I called and asked if they were going to show, the person said that it would be over an hour til anyone can come.
