Im called at 10:10 and booked Taxi for 10:30 , office said it will be maximum at 10:30 . At 10:40 i called once again , office said it almost terenie but after few minutes driver called and tell me he need 15 min. Oh, on first call im tell them i have to be on 11 on my destination Point cuz i have appoitment. Dont call to this comapany if u have another option

I called the taxi by 9 pm for a longer business trip. The driver has arrived by 8:50 and, called me at 9:05, that he has been waiting for 15 minutes, but he has been waiting for only 5 minutes. Then he left without taking the passenger. When I arranged the taxi I specifically asked for VIP service, and they sent there a very rude person who hardly spoke English. Very poor customer service.

Never use this company! I ordered a taxi for the next day at 6.15am, at 6.15 car doesn't show up, so I call them, they tell me to wait a bit more, as the car is to arrive any moment.
10 minutes later, car still isn't there, so I call again, and they say that i should wait a bit more! Actually the operator didn't check (or didn't want to) where the car is. Can you imagine how unprofessional all that is. We just called another company. Funny enough, the driver did show up at 6.56am! And when he called me, i asked him where the *** was he? And he said it was heavy traffic. At Sunday 6.15am. Yeah right
