We had called at 4.30 am so that we could go home at 5.15 am when the party was over. We had a deal. No sign around 5:20. We then called him another 10 times or so but just didn't answer. After calling for half an hour in the hope that the gentleman answered (in the meantime nearly 6 o'clock in the morning), he picked up anyway. I think about our 11th phone call to him in the meantime. He said he "has regular customers". OK BUT THEN YOU CAN SAY THAT IN ADVANCE !!! Super unprofessional, never count on, NOT to be trusted. How can you make an appointment and let your customers wait in the cold and let them know nothing about themselves? I just can't get into it. Scandalous.

We agreed that he would come and get us. We kept waiting in the cold, and tried to call him for half an hour, but we kept coming to the busy show. After more than an hour of calling and waiting, he finally called back with the story that he could not come to get us. He had regular customers. We had an appointment but this was not important enough. This service is below par! We thought that a deal was a deal mainly because he could tell us when he was going to be there.
