Ordered a tree - payment accepted. And then Sapins sends an e-mail saying order is not complete - even if i got e-Mail on promised derivery today. So i call them and they ask for an e-Mail which i send. They promise quick response. But 2 hours later - no response so i dont know if Im getting a tree or not. Can not rekommend Sapins.

The tree that arrived is not fresh and is shedding everywhere making the house look a mess. It's obvious that it was cut long before it was delivered.

Bought a potted Nordmann. Delivery was as scheduled and the tree presented reasonably well (not the fullest and most beautiful one, I have seen, but even). But if, as me, you buy a potted tree in the hope that it will survive the Christmas period and move to your garden, look elsewhere. The principal roots were cut in a manner as to give it no chance of survival (even with low or no heating and regular watering). Very disappointing at this price and misleading in terms of marketing. The seller or whoever prepared the trees for the seller knew that this tree had no chance of surviving. I will not buy again here.
