A lovely venue with minimalistic-but-comfortable rooms.

I visited here over the weekend after a short getaway with my partner. This place is beautiful, we booked the junior suite. The pictures do not do the place justice. The building is amazing outside and in. I was skeptical in all honesty about coming here due to language barriers and possible bad service, however I was totally amazed and fell completely in love with it. The vast majority of the staff speak English and the food and service was lovely. Breakfast whilst looking out over the river was a great way to start the day. 10/10 would recommend this place to others. I'll remember this place for a very long time. Thank you for an amazing time.

A real rustic hotel. Amazing how they renewed keeping the authentic watermill intact. Staff is friendly. Really worth a night stay.

A lovely heritage hotel, with wooden interior and wonderful breakfast. WiFi signal is good, though the entrance is little bit hard to get to.

I visited here with a large group of us from the UK for a car show that was fairly local. Upon arrival, I was amazed at our hotel. It is a converted mill which overlooks the river which passes through the centre of the hotel itself. It is incredibly quiet and peaceful even despite the time of year we visited as there was a small fair in the town centre which couldn't be heard from the hotel itself.

The rooms in the hotel are incredibly modernised, but also retain the character of the hotel - the brick walls and beams remain which echo the former nature of the building. Our room had two large windows which allowed plenty of natural light, and every room comes with an air conditioner which kept it refreshingly cool during our stay. We stayed in a large suite and shared between four, which was perfect.

The town centre is a five minute walk from the hotel itself and offers a good range of shops. There are several pubs nearby that weren't plagued by drunken idiots outside. There are several options for food in the town centre from takeaways to restaurants and the hotel itself offers its own meals - which were delicious. Sadly, the restaurant was quite warm inside but there were 30 of us in a small room in the summer, so there is that.

The staff were fantastic, and were incredibly helpful. The restaurant staff were amazing too, especially considering they had to deal with a large group of people who didn't speak their native language in a broad variety of accents.

Really looking forward to my stay next year.

The buidling looks nice from the outside. Its clean and the bathroom is nice.
But I'm mainly looking for a place to sleep when I'm in a hotel and that is nearly impossible here.
The walls between the rooms are thin as paper and you can hear your neighbor as if he'd be sitting right next to you.
    I can't recommend this place.
