-Abominable service
-indifferent shady staff
-Shuttle bus is dirty old and waits for over 45 mins
-Drivers race around like maniacs
-You get dropped off in pitch dark all the way in the back of the lot
-Address doesn’t add up with the location in Google Maps, Apple Maps and TomTom GO
Abominal service, yes it’s relatively cheap, and yes you get your car back in one piece, but that’s about it. The location at the Vilvoordelaan was incredibly hard to find, it was very full and rather dodgy. It was very unclear as to what we could expect. There was a shabby shack at the front where we were told to wait for a shuttle bus, the next one would depart in 10 minutes. Well over 30 minutes later an ancient dirty bus arrived, and the shady looking driver decided to have a good long chat with a colleague. We then had to wait for an indefinite amount of time until the driver finally felt like heading to the airport. The driver raced around like a maniac well above any reasonable speed limit. Same thing on the way back: the shuttle waited for almost 45 minutes before departing from the terminal, and the driver raced around causing everything to fly through the bus and to make things worse, the driver then decided to park the bus in an obscure lot behind the initial parking lot, refusing to let people off back at the entrance.response / report this review -

BAD EXPERIENCE! The shuttle is a bus, is picking you up after 20 minutes. If you have to cach a plane, consider this, olso. The return shuttle, even worse! The driver was smoking in the bus ( yes, in the bus), he was leaving the airport after 15 minutes ( trafic, 18:00) and we were arrived in the wrong parking ( he has to meet somebody there, a friend). "This is not your parking? Sorry." , and, after one hour ( yes, ONE HOUR, 19:00) we took our car, with two babys ( 6 months and 20 months old, after a 3 hours flight). Am I coming back? NO!!! Am I recommending this parking? NO!!!

Terrible! stay away. While dropping off at the airport they made me wait 45 minutes for the shuttle. They dont accept Credit Cards. They say they only accept cash or VPay. When I tried making payment with VPay they kept asking me if I can pay cash. Didnt understand why he kept insisting on cash when VPay option was available.
On the way back from airport to parking lot, another 45 minutes wait. they will tell you to call the shuttle, no one answers, it is an automated service. Basically the shuttle will arrive at its own time, whether you call or not doesnt make any difference.
The parking lot is far away, about 25 minutes drive. So long story short this parking will take additional 1 hour for you to reach the airport. Stay away, terrible service. Never again.response / report this review -

The company does not deliver to its promises. You will have to wait in the shuttle as long as driver decides to wait for another passengers. No immediate delivery/pick up to/from the airport. Some passengers had been waiting for ~2 hours to get to the parking after boarding the bus. Do not recommend it to anyone. But if you have no choice, to be safe, book 1 hour in your schedule to get from the parking to the airport and the same for way back. In our particular case driver even went to another parking and been waiting there for ~15 mins to pick up some docs and their own drivers/employees, not caring about passengers at all. On the way back from the airport parking entrance have been blocked by 2 cars, driver was trying to reach "his"guy to open the gate, and it's been ~2 a.m. Never again.

Totally unhelpful staff. It took them 15min to tell us that they did indeed have a parking space available. Then the clerk disappeared for over 10min. Ended up just driving to the airport and paying €10 extra for parking for a weekend trip. Don't bother with these "cheap" guys

We used this parking several times. In pick season and in low season. One time even arrived at 03:00am in the morning. The shuttle and service is working like a Swiss clock very professional and extremely recommended
