Must see! It's definitely out of the way but you can walk there from the metro in about 15 minutes. There is also a park opposite. The architecture is stunning and the church is so big that it took me 10 minutes just to walk around it. The interior was also beautiful. Highly recommend.

It is one of the most beautiful and architectural cathedral details, old and precious building, it has outstanding, breathtaking location which over viewing on the Brussels, inside the building is most beautiful, brick wall and circular ceiling architecture have nice big space atmosphere

Five stars for the views from the top, 3 stars for the church itself. It's a massive structure, although I'm not really a fan of the drab modern interior - the brickwork reminds me of the walls of a school. Prettier from the outside. Well worth the €5 to get to the roof

Huge modern basilica just outside the city center. A nice sightseeing of Bruxelles, with a nice green park around.
