Descent parking and apparently the cheapest one in all of Leuven if you want to park your car inside of the ring around Leuven.

Cheapest parking in Leuven. Let's you use a bike to get to town. Has a shuttle during Sunday shopping.

This place offers car wash service, but it's usually broken. There is no camera security, everyone can walk in or out. Cheapest of Leuven however.
