If everything works, it's good. Once things are unexpected they suck and are very below average.

The entrance badge reader didn't read the card of someone before me, nor mine. So I had to take a ticket. I walked up to the controller, to sort it out. Where you have to ring an wait for someone to be dispatched to you. The guy finally showed up so tell me i should call someone when I wanted to leave. "it will be quick", after insisting to sort it right away he said he wasn't authorized to put the session on my badge. Now, after my workday, I rang up someone again. (you press the button, someone is dispatched by the operator). Not a soul after 20 minutes; I went to the toilet and decided to pay regular - turns out you can put the badge into the payment machine. Why couldn't the clerk tell me this ? Why didn't anyone show up at all? Nor did the operator tell me ? Service is bad.
