A very charming hotel set in very pleasant park and wooded area.Comfotable rooms. The wellness facilities were very well planned out with a treatment for everybodies needs, with a warm outdoor pool in a restful area and relaxing upper garden area.The gourmet meal was a set menu which did not change for the three days we stayed in the hotel.The food was excellent and the head waiter Daniel was brillant with his service and his manners nothing was too much trouble for him or his staff.
The only negative point was the reception desk when we checked which spoilt our stay
takeing all of the positive views.A minor oversight by us concerning a drink at the bar which we thought was included in a treatmet for my wife.The amount was only a trivial €3.50 but the young lady at the reception when to great lengths to tell us that ***NOTHING WAS FOR FREE IN LIFE *** . To us it was not the end of the world and duly paid but beleive the young lady could have been mor courteous. Manners cost nothing.This type of attitude will only result in a lower
star rating and hope the management will give better traing to the reception staff
The rest of the staff were brilliant and thank you for a very relaxing stay
