Excellent deserving of 5 stars polite helpful and friendly. Would recommend. Patio is incredible and great place to unwind in the evening. Staff are very good and deserved my gratitude

This Hotel is lovely. I have stayed here many times and all the rooms are nice particularly the mezzanine room's on the 3rd floor. It has a modern decor and is finished to a high standard. The restaurant and bar on site are also excellent.

Hotel is nice. But the new restaurant (Aug 2016) is terrible. I eat out a lot, all around the world and I can tell you that tonight I received THE worst service. Menus took 20 mins to arrive. No drinks order was taken. After order incorrect drinks arrived after 10 mins. No food order was taken despite two of us saying we were ready to order. Four meals for four of us. Three were wrong and my medium steak was inedible. It came with salad a fries despite me asking just to have vegetables and no fries. Vegetables appeared 5 mins later. Steak was terrible. Couldn't cut it without huge effort and chewing was impossible. I refused to pay. Waitress seemed to accept this like it was a regular occurrence.

very nice building, great restaurant and nice hotel.
in an old building, this hotel is brand new, with a great service.
try the brasserie or restaurant, both very good.
