We had an awful experience with Click&Collect. Our order was not ready when we got there and the most important item was missing: the mattress (350E)! We were told that the online stock is not always accurate. Why would we care?!!! We ordered it while it showed it was available. The staff was extremely stressed and was not trained properly to deal with the situation. I had to explain to a young woman (I felt sorry for her though) that it was not personnal and that they had to compensate us. She was reluctant at first but then decided to give us our 20E fees for the click&collect but this was not good enough! We had to insist and explain that we organised ourselves to collect big items although we don't have a car. Finally they offered to send a taxi once the bed would return. We had to fight to have a written proof of this promise which turned out to be necessary when I called to organise the delivery. The staff there is not managed nor supported properly. I must say that the staff from the delivery service were very nice and helpful and the delivery was organised quickly. They made it up to us. Thank you.

1) it can get very confusing to buy things and the descriptions are not in English.

Level of services and customer support not as good anymore as it was. IKEA has to focus really on services and train their staff how to greet, smile and remain polite like they do in Sweden

I love Ikea! This place is amazing! Quite big and convenient prices. Really good also the restaurant that it is a perfect place to have a good brunch with friends.

There is a underground stop nearby, so you get a change to break your back while carrying your heavy furniture in the metro.
