Very busy hotel in the middle of the centre. Parking can be hell here. Across the street is a parking space. But when its market its prohibited to park. And you park near the supermarket. Wich is a great distance. Rooms are ok. Simple but clean. Breakfast is good but very crowded so a lot is not there if you are late.

The most friendly and wonderful hotel staff, ever. Very helpful and kind. We really enjoyed staying at Ibis and getting to know the city. We really enjoyed the daily breakfast and its variety. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing the necessary space. Many local restaurants of choice. A great experience for my husband and myself. Thank you very much to the staff for your hospitality. We'd love to visit again.

It's a simple hotel good for one night. But the fact that there's only one outlet throughout the whole hotel room is a little frustrating especially when you need to plug in multiple items like phone chargers, laptop and hair straightener . There is absolutely no mirror for a woman to be able to get ready and do her hair except for in the bathroom there is no outlet in the bathroom if you would like to straighten your hair. When I complain downstairs to the hotel staff they reply with "We never got a complaint like this before". To the Hotel staff, you should never make a customer feeling like they should state their case. You should; how ever apologize for the inconvenience and let me know that you will let higher administration now the frustration. Also there was no toilet paper in our bathroom and when we asked the front desk for more she state no problem she will be right up to give us some. We waited 30 mins and still no staff! My husband ended up going down and she said she totally forgot because it was her dinner time. Really unprofessional

The Ibis is your regular Ibis experience. A bit overpriced for the size of the room, having to pay for breakfast, and no parking. They had free WiFi which we couldn't get to work.
The staff were really friendly and helful.
Since we stayed on a Saturday night, we were able to find a free parking spot on the street which was really nice.response / report this review
