This is an excellent hotel in the heart of Aalst. I would recommend adding the breakfast buffet to your bill as the food is plentiful and has to offer a great variety of items. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were on the third floor and the room was quiet, despite being near a market square. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that there is a well-equipped gym and sauna but no pool.

Nice hotel, but heating/cooling worked poorly. Shower had no shelf's for soaps or shampoo, toilet paper was like 400 grit sandpaper. Breakfast was awesome, though. Nice location,shopping and restaurants were close by. TV channels were limited, no movies to watch. Lots of USB charging points, HDMI port on the desk to connect to the TV, safe in the closet, great blackout curtains too.

The staff was helpful and the breakfast had good selections. The rooms lacked power next to the beds which was inconvenient. The shower had no curtains just a small plastic barrier, so the floors tended to get very wet.
