I used to go there with National holidays, however it was sold to a different company and National will not use them anymore because of cost

Had a three night stay all OK with a few things that could be added in, no water on evening dinner table, no complimentary toiletries in room and only 1 member of staff to man front desk and bar

We went on 10th April until 14th April with National Holidays the actual coach trips were really interesting,the hotel was dark and grim the room was dirty I lost my key to my case and looked under the bed and there was rubbish and dust under it,the bathroom was clean but the shower was broke and my son's bathroom door wouldn't lock also the window wouldn't close properly so we had a draft ,the breakfast is all you can eat and a very good selection of hot and cold food coffee is nice and I love my coffee, evening meal is a three course meal which is nice no complaints enjoyed them all.Now the pool is why I'm really complaining as I am a runner I thought great I can have a swim every morning before breakfast went down to the swimming pool and I couldn't believe it,even though the water was clean the pool area was disgusting there was dirt on the floor tiles,broken tiles in the shower changing room doors wouldn't lock and hanging off there hinges there was year's of dust and mould ,dirty tissues food packets none of the lockers worked and the toilet didn't flush properly.

Quite basic, waiter's didn't smile once,no choice for evening meal, no drink making facilities in room.

We stayed here for 3 nights and thought that the place was nice. Food was ok and the drinks at night were good. Met 2 lovely couples when we were there and had a great time with them. 5 people had been there for the past 8 years twice a year so there must be something good about the hotel :)
