  Well It's an IKEA. Service is above average but it can get crowded rather fast! Pay desk area not up to par with a modern retail chain. Long and slow queues is not done anymore.

  Not particularly well-situated (getting here from the city centre or the motorway is always a bit of a hassle), and because Ghent is perpetually under construction, the tram stop that's supposed to be a couple of minutes away from the shop is actually situated about a kilometre farther, so forget about catching a train within 15 minutes.
  
  As with most IKEAs, the layout isn't particularly clear. The most confusing aspect of this is that you can't enter the restaurant without exiting through checkout, which means that you can't bring your already-purchased products with you. This is something nobody told us about, so we ended up having to spend several minutes at the exit trying to prove that we weren't thieves. Luckily, the staff were pretty cool about it, though.
  
  Besides that, however, this is your average IKEA, with all its Swedish charm, cozy atmosphere, and cheap but pretty good food.

  Always something nice to find. Good inspiration place and very nice indoor playground for the kids. Food is cheap, so don't expect 5 star-meals !

  Prepare to waste 15 min going around half the city from the moment you see the building until you get to the parking, and the same going out. Not that it matters since the tiny parking is always full and overrun with people who come there to eat, any time of the day.
  Stock management is a big joke with empty shelves for product supposedly in stock (or like 2 damaged pieces left) and errors in product position.
  Slowest elevators of any ikea I've ever been too.
  I'd rather drive all the way to Anderlecht or even Zaventem than to have to endure this crap again, these places are so so much better.

  Well located. IKEA offers good quality, variety and affordability. Plus restaurant is pretty good.
  Food to purchase, is aweosme. Highly recommended, the salmon, desserts and veggie balls
