Simple effective functional room. Bathroom was very nice for this sort of hotel. Hotel staff pleasant and friendly. Location is not as central as I might have expected from the name, but I should have checked more carefully before booking.

Excellent room and very comfortable. Beds a little hard for my liking, woke up with back ache, but that's a personal preference. Everything clean and tidy, the only slight issue was a 30+ minute wait for the room to be cleaned so that we could put our luggage in the room.

Rooms great, restaurant pricey and s l o w, bar good, Stella in the bar from the factory over the road amazing. Good location to town centre though, 5 minute walk and some beautiful buildings in town. Well worth a visit. Would give an extra star if the menu had more variety and device was less than half an hour

The Hotel is clean and comfortable, quiet place. Breakfast was variate and tasty and fresh food.
At check-out they made a mistake that resulted in 30 euro extra charge. The man on the front desk was closed minded and not nice at all. Didn’t want to understand what the mistake was and did not made any effort to help, the opposite. When finally, we discovered what the mistake was he did not even apologize. I never received such a bad and antipathy kind of service.response / report this review -

We stayed over with a group of 10 people, the hotel was nice and clean. Very decent rooms and good bathrooms. I loved it that the toilet was separated from the bathroom! The lobby, bar and restaurant are good. And the staff is friendly. Only negative thing is that they charge you € 50,00 per room per night as a security deposit. That's way to much.
